We’ve heard the refrain “Safety First” for as long as we can remember. Nothing wrong with that, is there? Well, Mike Rowe has an interesting perspective on that refrain, and he does a darn good job of explaining why in this short YouTube video.
According to Rowe, he has adopted the idea of “Safety Third”.
