PRESS RELEASE
June 3, 2020
Waltham, Massachusetts
Electude International and CCAR (The Coordinating Committee For Automotive Repair) are pleased to announce further expansion of the online E-Safety course suite, the automotive safety courses, assessments and credentials created by CCAR and available through Electude.
New COVID-19 learning modules for automotive service staff as well as for automotive service management have been added, providing best practice information relating to the handling of vehicles during the pandemic. With ongoing concerns about being exposed to the novel coronavirus, automotive service and repair operations are interested to learn more about the steps they can take to protect their team members as well as their customers. Our staff and management courses may be used in any environment where automobiles are worked on – from service centers to schools teaching automotive.
Thomas Snyder, Electude’s Chief Commercial Officer said, “Electude is delighted by the ever-expanding courses available within the CCAR E-Safety suite. The market has demonstrated a high degree of interest in learning more about COVID-19 best practices.” Charlie Ayers, President of CCAR, stated “CCAR is synonymous with automotive safety, and many of our colleagues in the industry have reached out to us to ask for advice on how to best protect their staff as well as their customers during these unprecedented times.”
