CCAR & Electude Offer EV Resources Webinars for Automotive Instructors

CCAR (The Coordinating Committee For Automotive Repair) and Electude International are pleased to announce a special product offering for automotive teachers, Electric Drive for Instructors.

Only available to instructors teaching automotive technology courses, these online learning modules offer instruction, assessment and certification of completion. The components include:

  • Electude’s Electric Drive Course: 98 modules covering the basics of high voltage safety, charging, DC-AC converters, HV batteries, inverters, induction and synchronous motors. Also includes complete understanding and diagnosing of vehicle components.
  • CCAR’s Battery and Safety Module: Includes coverage of personal protective equipment, damaged batteries, thermal runaway and submerged vehicles for hybrid and battery electric vehicles
  • Assessment: Testing to determine retention of both the Electude course(s) and the CCAR module.
  • Certificate of Completion: Issued by CCAR for successful completion of course and passage of assessment.

Available for just $29.99 to any instructor, all proceeds will be used to fund the second annual CCAR-Electude Instructor of the Year award, to be presented at the ASE Board of Governor’s event in November.
